From the last Pen of the Avatar, the Moondial has gone from concept to finish product to in-game item. This had a lot of feedback from the community and took shape overnight. Checked out one of the final versions then actually footage of the Monndial working in the game.
And remember, this is a limited piece. You need to pledge to Shroud of the Avatar at the Citizen Level before July 31, 2013 to get it.
